I want to say we have ordered 5 machines and finally just ordered another to replace my 6/7-year-old HP, this is my personal Google name but have ordered on behalf of Laser Land Leveling in Idaho. All have been GREAT. No bloatware etc... Processes Lidar drone data and runs LARGE AutoCAD Civil3D projects faster than any comparable Dell, Acer, HP build. These do often come at a little steeper price (not out of control) due to the discounts the afore mentioned brands can offer due to the discounts they get fdue to their mass production.Still worth comparing, paying extra for the lack of bloatware and the faster speeds for the exact same set up is worth it over time on intensive tasks.
I suggested these guys to a general/paving contractor. They ordered two customizable laptops I spec'd out for their needs and Nampa Paving LOVES them.
I 100% suggest these guys. Their best offering is allowing you to build to a budget more readily than other guys. The other guys can build beastly machines but can be overkill and it's your only option. Namely, our owner gave me a $5K budget and some of these other builder's cheapest set up is $6-7k which you can't customize. I LOVE THESE GUYS!
The have accents (Spanish, South American?) but defiantly can communicate and understand compared to what we deal with in the US. Robert is a great and computer hardware knowledgeable sales rep than can help you tweak your build.

As a small business owner for over 30 years, I’ve tried many computer companies, such as Gateway, HP and Dell to name a few.
I’ ve recently purchased my 3rd system from XI. I added a laptop to my desktop network.
Previously i had Dell systems which all of those workstations failed with hardware issues. So moving to XI about 10 years now , none of my systems failed and all are still working today. Each XI system is now used for different business functions, however all are still capable of performing my design functions. I couldn’t be more pleased with these systems. They are truly well built and long lasting. Worth every dollar!!!!
Over my 10 plus years with XI, i had limited technical issues, however every time i did reach out i was connected and helped without any problems and my issues were always resolved. Recently with my new laptop i had some W11 issues related to video drivers they discovered . I reached out on a Friday and tech support helped me on Saturday and Sunday with clear and precise instructions to resolve my issues.
I’ve never experienced such prompt and clear instructions communications to resolve technical problems that quick. I am so glad be be a client of this company for so many years.
There is no doubt about XI systems are the top performers coupled with excellent sales building machines and tech support that surpasses any other company i’ve experienced over my 30 plus years of buying computers.
Being a small business and receiving technical support like this is truly amazing!!!!

I am on my 3nd XI Computer, I had them build 2 high performance workstations and 1 utility laptop for me and I will never use other brands of “custom workstations” . I have used 8 brands of supposedly custom graphics builds, and the XI beats them all in performance, stability, efficiency, and flexibility. The 2 minor technical issues over the years were solved by XI support (Andre) very quickly, and they were not the fault of the build. I highly recommend XI for quality, performance, utility, price, and technical support.

My 2nd review for XI Computers. Still #1 in my eyes. I'm a trader and I need function, executions and horsepower. I had to reset my PC (Windows 10) back to an earlier date. Somehow, I lost the Nvidia app. DOH!! I'm great with using software's (including CADworx and AutoCAD for my regular job (when not trading). I'm a piping and structural designer and we need powerful components. Andre(?) in Tech Support guided me every step of the way and helped keep me from buying a new Quadro 4 V-card. Just like that, I'm back in business again. Gave him the serial#, he looked up what I bought 4+ years ago) and he asked if I had the correct driver for this PC. Easy solution. Free of charge. The BEST Technical Support I've ever had! I HIGHLY Recommend Xi Computers for any job you might have. My PC is the best I've ever used. Thanks again to Tech Support/Andre and Robert. All the best to you guys!

I've just bought my 2nd PC from Xi Computers. I will never buy a PC from a
Box Store again (Best Buy, Fry's, etc, etc.). Forget eBay and the other
resellers. These computers scream. My 1st one was for trading online and
design work. The 2nd one is for my wife, and much more than
she needed, but the parts, the service, and the quality is #1 and better than anyone else I've ever tried. Even the higher
priced Trade Stations do not compare. My 1st PC (i7) is still running flawless 3+ years later. Our
newest is an i5 Slim design and it's Fast, Fast, Fast! A company I worked
for 7 years ago bought all of their PC's from Xi. We used CADWorx/AutoCAD
and they handled everything we threw at it. I'm totally confident that if you have an
idea of a specific machine you want, you will find it here @Xi Computers.

The MTower Workstation is a dream! I previously had a 4Ghz i7 that was no
slouch, but this one is literally 10X faster--truly a marvel in rendering
and processing large files. The overclocking settings are perfectly spot on.

I originally purchased a CAD workstation from Xi in the early '90's! Then again in 2001. To be honest, I was going to buy from Dell. One day, I decided to speak (to Bill-he actually called me about my concern) about a 10GB/s network, and he was so helpful, I decided to buy (2) CAD workstations here. Nobody beats Xi for customer service (and kickass CAD workstations). I bought i7-8700k / 970 EVO / 32GB / Quadro P4000 for Autodesk Inventor.

I've had my new desktop up and running now for a few weeks and have been very pleased with how it has handled my day to day work. Much faster and smoother than my old system.
But the best part of the process was how well Robert and his team listened to what I needed the system to do and the budget I had to work with. Great Laptop!
I bought my 15" Xi PowerGo 3 years ago and could not be happier. It is screaming fast and super dependable. Today I emailed customer support for the first time in three years and with in 5 minutes they walked me through the issue, which was my issue not theirs, and I was back in business. If you need a workstation laptop Xi is the place to get it!

The speed with which we received a replacement drive was great! The discs you include with your workstations worked flawlessly, every driver was there and I didn’t run into any problems at all on the reinstall.
