Importing a top-of-the-line
computer from @Xi Computer is quite easy and can save a lot of money
when compared to prices charged locally. Quite often local dealers lack
the ability to provide the level of selection and performance that we
offer and/or they charge a substantial premium for it. In major
countries we accept credit cards payment or, in any case we apply a 2%
additional discount for wire transfer. An export promotional discount of
3% is usually applicable plus additional discounts for quantity. The
ordered computers are carefully packaged and insured for door-to-door
delivery.
Parts damages and loss during shipping are fully covered for their replacement cost. International
tech support is covered via phone and e-mail with a mirror policy for
shipping of replacement of faulty parts. Onsite service can be arranged
in all major cities where we export. You can proceed to specify the
configuration requested on a printable/on-line quote. In most countries
the shipping cost is automatically calculated and shown in the quote.
For quantity orders we will consolidate the freight cost with additional
savings. Our sales consultant team will analyze and verify the
consistency of the configuration to make sure is proper for your
application and requirements.
Due to the high performance of our computer workstations and servers, we
can only export, following the US Export Administration Regulations, to
the following "Tier 1" destination countries:

special export license application is considered only for orders in
excess of USD $100,000.00. A non-refundable fee of USD $10,000.00 is
required in advance to process such license and the outcome is not
guaranteed. However the $10,000.00 will be discounted from the total order
if the export license is approved.
